Summary coming
soon!
Though we are all familiar with the term Usability,
few know how to improve it to help visitors know
what to do to increase conversions on a web site.
Usability is so much more than just making it
user-friendly. The objective of usability testing
is to measure how well your design supports the
user's way of thinking and the actions they take.
Hopefully you have a business or marketing objective,
know who your target market is and what task
or tasks you want your visitors to complete.
Knowing this information is the first step in
managing user expectations and making them succeed
at the tasks that make you money. |
