Livingston was named the Entrepreneur of the Year
at the Internet Content Summit in New York City
on May 8. He won the award because his newsletter's
"contribution model" allows people with
limited budgets to get the information in the
paid version. At the same time, those subscribers
who contribute larger amounts make it possible
for the newsletter to pay Windows experts such
as Woody Leonhard and Susan Bradley for their
revelations each issue.
